DECA COUNTRY.
SO WE HAVE A COUNTRY.
And the citizens are comprised of all the kids who are/were in DECA.
Which means all the citizens are smart and successful and attractive and charismatic and funny and nice and awesome in every way.
We shall have different cities. (Chapter = City)
Monta Vista would be the capital. (Duh, biggest city.)
Uniforms would be required at school. (DECA WEAR.)
